Sweet Dream is a brand-new apartment located in the center of Mestre, on the famous Via Piave, just a few steps from Venice–Mestre train station and only 10 minutes from Venice island. The apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and furnished with elegance, practicality and good taste. Conveniently located near all services and 24/7 public transportation, it is designed to meet the needs of all types of travelers.

We offer a modern 67 sqm apartment, fully equipped with every comfort needed for a pleasant, quiet and relaxing stay in one of the most beautiful and romantic cities in the world. The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a large shower, and a shared outdoor area ideal for smokers or for those who enjoy having breakfast outdoors. Amenities include various kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hairdryer, Smart TV with Amazon Prime Video included, ultra-fast free Wi-Fi, independent heating and air conditioning.

The entire apartment will be exclusively at your disposal: from the fully equipped kitchen to the two bedrooms with comfortable and modern beds, from the living area with a large dining table to the brand-new bathroom, and finally the shared terrace for moments of total relaxation.

We will personally welcome you at the agreed time and do our best to make you feel at home. We are always available by phone or chat for any questions or needs. Once inside the apartment, you will receive all useful information about the area and public transportation, helping you enjoy a pleasant holiday while spending as little as possible.

The apartment is located in a quiet and safe area, surrounded by many bars, pastry shops, supermarkets, ice cream shops, tobacconists, restaurants, pizzerias and many other small shops.

The apartment is just a short walk from Via Piave and is served by bus line 2, which runs every 10 minutes, guaranteeing a reliable service from 5:00 a.m. to midnight. From midnight onwards, line 2 is replaced by the night bus N1, covering the hours from 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., ensuring 24-hour service. From the nearby train station, you can also easily reach other beautiful cities in the Veneto region such as Verona, Padua, Belluno and more.

The price includes all essential services such as coffee, sugar, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, bed linen, blankets and a set of 3 clean towels per person in different sizes. We would also like to point out that free parking is available just a few minutes’ drive from the apartment and that the selected dates will be blocked only after the booking is confirmed. Upon arrival, each guest must present a valid ID document. The tourist tax can be paid in cash only. Transfers from Treviso and Venice airports are also available, with costs to be agreed at the time of booking.

Please remember that the tourist tax of €4 per person per night for the first 5 nights must be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment.

The apartment is always prepared for the exact number of guests arriving. For example, if you are two guests and require an extra bed, you must inform us in advance; an additional charge of €10 per night will apply.
