Sweet Dream is a modern apartment located in the centre of Mestre in the famous Via Piave, a few steps from the Venezia - Mestre train station and only 10 minutes from Venice island. The house has been completely renovated in 2019 and furnished with elegance, practicality, and taste. Convenient to services and with H24 public transport, our accommodation has been designed to meet the needs of any type of traveller.

We offer you a brand new apartment of 67 square meters, equipped with all the comforts to spend a beautiful, quiet, and relaxing holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic cities in the world. The accommodation is located on the ground floor and consists of an entrance hall, living room with a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with a large shower, and a shared condominium terrace, well furnished and specially designed for smokers or for those who simply love breakfast at the open air. You will also be able to use a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hairdryer, Smart TV with AMAZON PRIME STREAMING SERVICE, Ultrafast and free WIFI, autonomous heating, and air conditioning.

The whole house will be at your disposal, from the well-equipped kitchen to the two bedrooms with comfortable and modern beds, from the living area with the large dining table, to the new bathroom. Finishing then with the condominium terrace for total relax.

We will come to welcome you personally at the agreed time and we will do our best to make you feel at home. We will always be available on the phone or in chat for any kind of questions or needs. Once inside the apartment, we will provide you with all the useful information about the area and public transport. It will be our care to teach you how to spend a pleasant holiday spending as little as possible.

We are located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, surrounded by several bars, patisserie, supermarkets, ice cream shops, tobacconists, restaurants, pizzerias, and many other small shops.

Being a short walk from Via Piave, our apartment is constantly served by the number 2 bus that runs every 10 minutes and guarantees a quality and continuity service from 5:00 to 00:00. Starting from midnight, line 2 is replaced by the N1 bus, which in turn covers the times between 00:00 and 05:00 ensuring an H24 service. You can also use the trains to reach the other beautiful cities of Veneto such as Verona, Padua, Belluno etc

The price of the accommodation includes all the basic services such as coffee, sugar, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish detergent, laundry detergent, bed linen, blankets, and a set of 3 clean towels per person of various sizes. We would like to point out that we have a totally free parking place within a few minutes by car from the apartment and that the dates chosen for the overnight stay will be blocked only and exclusively after the future of the reservation. Private transfers from Treviso and Venice airports are also available. The cost is to be agreed at the time of booking.

Upon arrival, each guest will be asked for a valid ID.

Please remember that the tourist tax of 4 euros per person per night for the first 5 nights must be paid on the day of arrival at the apartment in cash, or you can pay it yourself via the "send money" option on Airbnb.

The apartment is always prepared for the exact number of people coming, for example, if you are in 2 and you need an extra bed, you must let us know in advance and there will also be 10 euros extra per night to pay for it.
