Station Apartment

Station Apartment is a pleasant and bright mini apartment located just a few steps from the Venice–Mestre train station. Recently renovated and equipped with all modern comforts, the apartment also offers free guarded parking. With this centrally located accommodation, your family will be close to everything.

The apartment is 60 sqm and consists of a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and various utensils. The bathroom features a bidet, washing machine, large shower box, hairdryer, soap and shampoo. In addition, the apartment offers a 32-inch TV, free Wi-Fi throughout the property, air conditioning and heating.

The entire apartment will be exclusively at your disposal, from the modern and bright living area to the spacious bedroom and bathroom.

We will personally welcome you at the agreed time and do our best to make you feel at home. We will always be available by phone or chat for any questions or needs. Once inside the apartment, we will provide all useful information about the area and public transport, helping you enjoy a pleasant holiday while spending as little as possible.

The price includes all essential services such as coffee, sugar, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing detergent, bed linen, blankets and a set of 3 clean towels per person in different sizes. We would like to emphasize that parking is completely free.

The selected dates will be blocked only after the booking is confirmed.

Upon arrival, each guest will be required to present a valid ID document.

Please note that the tourist tax of €4 per person per night for the first 5 nights must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The apartment is always prepared for the exact number of guests booked. For example, if you are two people and need an extra bed, you must inform us in advance and there will be an additional €10 per night to pay.

Please inform yourself about possible entrance tickets to Venice before coming to the city. In certain periods, a special permit linked to the apartment address may be required. The fee applies only to day visitors. For further information or assistance, you can contact us at any time.
