Station Apartment

Station Apartment is a pleasant and bright studio apartment located just steps from the Venice-Mestre train station. Recently renovated and equipped with every comfort, our apartment also includes free secure parking. With this centrally located accommodation, your family will be close to everything.

This 60 sq m studio apartment features a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and various utensils. The bathroom includes a bidet, washing machine, large shower, hairdryer, soap, and shampoo. In addition to everything listed above, the apartment also features a 32-inch TV, FREE Wi-Fi throughout, air conditioning, and heating.

The entire apartment will be at your disposal, starting from the modern and bright living area and ending with the spacious bedroom and bathroom.

We'll personally welcome you at the agreed-upon time and do our best to make you feel at home. We're always available by phone or chat for any questions or needs. Once you're inside the apartment, we'll provide you with all the useful information about the area and public transportation. We'll also teach you how to have a pleasant holiday while saving money.

The price of accommodation includes all basic amenities such as: coffee, sugar, toilet paper, soap, dish soap, bed linens, blankets, and a set of 3 clean towels of various sizes per person. We would like to emphasize that parking is completely free.

The dates selected for your stay will be blocked only after the booking has been made.

Upon arrival, each customer will be asked for a valid ID.

Please note that the tourist tax of €4 per person per night for the first 5 nights must be paid in cash on the day of arrival, or you can pay it yourself using Airbnb's "send money" option.

The apartment is always prepared for the exact number of people arriving. For example, if there are two of you and you need an extra bed, you must let us know in advance and there will also be an additional 10 euros per night to pay.

Always check the available entrance fees for Venice before coming to the city. You may need to activate a special permit through the apartment address. The fee is payable only by day travelers. For further information or assistance, please contact us at any time.
