We present the Skyline Apartment, a functional and modern studio located just a few steps from Mestre train station and about 10 minutes from beautiful Venice. Featuring a large and stunning terrace with a fantastic view over the rooftops of the entire city, our studio has been recently renovated and is now the ideal solution for enjoying an unforgettable and carefree holiday in one of the most special and unique places in the world.

Designed with modern style and functional spaces, the apartment offers all the comfort needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. One highlight is the solid king-size sofa bed, with an 18 cm thick mattress, designed to ensure excellent rest even for guests with back problems. The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and various utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a bidet, washing machine, large shower box, hairdryer, soap and shampoo. Additional amenities include a 32-inch Smart TV with Amazon Prime Video, free Wi-Fi throughout the property, air conditioning and heating.

The entire apartment will be exclusively at your disposal, from the modern living and sleeping area to the beautiful and spacious terrace.

Once inside the apartment, you will receive all useful information about the area and public transportation, helping you enjoy a pleasant holiday while spending as little as possible.

The price includes all essential services such as coffee, sugar, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing and laundry detergent, bed linen, blankets and 3 clean towels per person in different sizes. Please note that, upon request, free parking is also available a few minutes away by car and must be requested at the time of booking. Upon arrival, each guest is required to present a valid ID document.

Please remember that the tourist tax of €4 per person per night for the first 5 nights must be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment.

Outside the apartment, there is a security camera that protects the property and monitors the entrance and the number of guests.
