Our apartment is tastefully furnished and suitable for all types of guests. It also features a well-equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. The apartment includes a large terrace with a table and 4 chairs, ideal for smokers or for those who simply enjoy having breakfast outdoors while breathing fresh air.

The price includes all essential services such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, clean bed linen, blankets and a set of 3 clean towels per person. We also offer airport transfers from Treviso and Venice airports; the cost must be agreed at the time of booking. Another important service we provide is the possibility to store your luggage.

The neighbourhood is very lively during the day and pleasantly quiet at night thanks to its proximity to a park. It is well served by supermarkets, bars, banks, pharmacies, pizzerias, ice cream shops, bakeries, tobacconists and more, all within 500 meters.

The apartment is located 100 meters from Via Miranese, where bus line 7 will take you to and from Venice in about 12–15 minutes. In addition, Venice–Mestre train station can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The presence of the night bus N1 is also very convenient; it replaces the daytime service from midnight onward. The stop is located on Via Piave, with buses running every 30 minutes, guaranteeing 24-hour service.

Upon arrival, each guest is required to present a valid passport.

The selected period for your stay will be blocked only after the booking is confirmed.

Please remember that the tourist tax of €4 per person per night for the first 5 nights must be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment.

The apartment is always prepared for the exact number of guests arriving. For example, if you are staying as two guests and need an additional bed, you must inform us in advance; an extra charge of €10 per night will apply.
